      Pros

      If you are living around Mandaluyong and you have an means of transport (e.g. Motorcycle, Car, & Bicycle), they have a basement parking available. They also have a pantry with catering inside (like a calenderia) whose price starts at around Php 65 per meal. They have unlimited coffee vendo as well for those coffee lovers.

      Cons

      Some of the higher ups there uses their position to control the promotion of some entry level staff.

      Pros

      Good incentives, decent pay with bonus from meeting metrics, can get rewards points as well.

      Cons

      Having to push phone add a lines on every call. I used to love my job and really felt like I was helping my customers and making their lives better. Now I just feel stressed to make a sale on every call. Most customers are angry.
