Pay: The company starts you of with $15.00 but expects you to have a work ethic of $25.00+. Also, you will only pay up to one hour due to system issues even if it is a continuum issue and then you have mangers to adjust time (pretty sure this is illegal btw). If i am working with YOUR IT about YOUR system issue, then I should be paid for MY TIME. Management: (SME, Supervisors, Trainers) are rude, impatient and very much incompetent. You expect your representatives to be miracle workers but yet your management can't answer questions to assist over the phone. They're bullies and down right mean and arrogant. Managers can't answer questions about attendance policies , questions to assist members, and when you ask questions via instant messaging, they ignore you. Training: You train your representatives on the bare minimum and expect them to correct assist on calls when. (The client trains for 6 weeks and we were given training for 1 week) Attendance Policies/Schedules - You want me to give you notification of time off two weeks in advance, but I still receive a point if there is no vacation time available. When you only receive 3 hours of vacation time per pay period (if you work your FULL shift). You hand out NCNS left and right when in all actuality, you can call the call out line but it will not pick up that you have actually called out. This company has not one ounce of care or respect for the employees. You expect someone to come in be happy, work nonstop and the company shows you absolutely no grace or mercy and not one ounce of appreciation. Continnum has been by far the WORST company that I have ever worked with. I would not recommend my worst enemy to work for this company. i hope that in the future the company will look into things to change and make things better for those that choose to stay and those that come in the future.
