Pros

Remote work is always nice. Benefits are excellent, especially paid for elective surgeries (approved list). CEO is very personable.

Cons

Mid Management and above are not responsive. Too much work and too few people to do it makes work extremely stressful. Not enough support from a software/application standpoint. Many roles have no advancement path. No raise in 3 years.
