management doesnt care about their rank-file employees despite multiple complaints and feedbacks were raised. incentive schemes and bonuses are not that pleasing payroll salary is delayed and too many discrepancies every payday unethical group of people running the operations floor (shouting, cursing) politics and favoritism is rampant you cant go up the ladder for career growth unless you kiss the management's butts. (if they feel that they dont like you despite your achievements, then you cant get any career growth) flawed security, (management can manipulate your timesheets for a clean and full pay despite absences and tardiness incurred anytime)

Management are having favoritism. Trainings are not consistent. Management doesn't seem to know what is happening or just keeping employees in the dark with the issues.
