Pros

Training is pretty understandable and easy. Last about 8 weeks, while taking your first few calls they will if need be sit on the line with you to assist you.

Cons

The job is contracted so there’s no raises. You could be on the phones for about 6 months to a year for any average person before actually getting perfect metrics on your calls. You only have 2 breaks that they expect you to take on time even if your on call and you not allow to take it 2 mins before or if the call is long you’ll still be held accountable.

Work from home ,pay every week.

Cons

Hardly any training whatsoever, and everyone was trying to be the boss. Poor management and lots if clicks and favoritism.
