Fast hire. Sends equipment. Work from home

Cons

Not enough training. Higher up team has attitude and doesn’t want to help. Unorganized. Moved around company. No benefits/PTO until after 6 months

15.00 per hour and had the ability to move if I wanted to.

Cons

Sups are sloooow at answering questions. then get mad if you keep the customer on hold for too long. (you are only allowed two mins to type out your question and then make stupid small talk to the customer, GOD help you if you are ASD. The Sups only care about their numbers, not yours. Oh... and kiss the Idea of vacations and holidays goodbye because they don't believe in giving you those days off. THEPERFCT Recipe for Burnout.

It provided great pay and benefits.

Cons

When I was on medical leave from March - May 2022, my supervisor failed to let me know I was fired because my claim through UNUM wasn't filed. The claim was still ongoing and I was never able to get my job back which left my dog and me homeless.
