Pros

It's very rare for someone to aspire to work in a call center when they're children, most of us have "bigger" goals in life. Funny thing is, once you start working here, it becomes obvious very quickly that you get out what you put into it, way beyond the paycheck. The location I work at (Lacey) is trying to grow right now by bringing hundreds of people on as employees, which means people with a desire to promote into leadership positions have an opportunity to do so. I think the biggest pro of working here though has been the level of compassion and understanding the leadership expresses towards the employees when life throws curve balls at you. Even though they're clear about the needs of the business and will be direct if someone's missing too much time or not performing where they need to be, it feels like they're personally invested in trying to help each and every employee get to a better place where they're not just making the company more money, but are genuinely happy.

Cons

The hours can be demanding for some people. Currently, everyone has to work at least 40 hours per week which depending on what you've got going on in your life might be too much. At times they've required employees to work as much as 5 hours of overtime per week, but to be fair they were flexible in allowing us to schedule those hours when it worked best for us, as long as they got worked. The performance expectations (like in most call centers) are aggressive, it can be difficult to maintain an energetic and positive vibe on every call so I would say people that find it really difficult to empathize with people complaining about their bills, even when they get angry, might want to consider applying elsewhere.

Pros

There is NOT ONE pro about this company.

Cons

All of leadership are liars. They lie to the agents and treat them like garbage. They have unrealistic goals and when they aren't met, they fire you. OMs constantly send messages to agents belittling and berating them to the point of tears. It really says something when all of the 1 star reviews basically have the exact same cons. I've never seen a company crap all over their employees and then tell them it's their own fault.
