wlb(most of the time) flexibility

Cons

pay is way below the market. the management plays blind about it. nobody cares about project progress, basically doing nothing but dance around the question. customer complains a lot already. besides, they have serious problems finding their position in Asian market, going down year by year.

- weak local managers - lacking new projects - no allowance or incentives - old style management - a company that only for ppl lacking ambition and happy to take up monthly pay checks - there favourite ppl of the management who likes to play politics - agile development not working well for HW - some employees take up bigger load than others - older employees are comfortable in their positions and do not take up responsibility
