Pros

Good company for laterals with experience to join German company

Cons

Not for freshers as there is not much learning and no proper training No proper appraisals cycle for employees No standard salary say something during interview and now we are getting the different salary for 9 months very bad hr policies No onsite opportunities for freshers where in other companies like bosch people are getting good salary perks and onsite opportunities Far from city and no proper cab facilities As a fresher no value will be added to boost your career as u will be neither good in coding nor in operations part as no one to guide u PLEASE DONT JOIN AS FRESHER BETTER JOIN AFTER GAINING EXP IN OTHER COMPANIES LIKE PRDC,KPIT OR RBEI BOSCH WHICH PROVIDE U BETTER SALARY PROPER EXP AND TRAINING also ONSITE TRIP TO GERMANY

Pros

Interesting work experience in the Automotive.

Cons

- hard to get in (interviews, tests, time to wait), easy to get out (all working contracts are for only a short period of time) - in the last years, the "working students" replaced most of the employees, because they are more cheaper

Pros

Truly outstanding and innovative employer. Technology leader or co-leader in many Automotive fields. Opportunities to be involved in a huge variety of different automotive technologies. Work life balance very good in many departments, though this varies with Manager and department. Workload generally manageable.

Cons

Very limited promotion opportunities if you are looking to move upwards and continue a career. This has forced many 10+ year employees to leave to seek new challenges. Management spends insufficient effort to provide a stimulating environment for higher potential employees. They will continue to lose talent that should not depart the company.
