Pros

People who want to sit idle,they can work here.that is the only pros I could see.

Cons

Management is too worst both technical and HR,also higher management also worst(actually they don't have proper skill set) Lower people like excutive engineers and senior engineers has to suffer always. We will loose our confidence by working here. Actually if you see in paper you could see more in paper but in hand it's almost 70 percent amount. I don't understand variable pay they will mentioned in our salary as a component but if exit before they don't pay not even single rupee. Onsite opportunities are there but only for 1or 2 persons(managers interested people).they only go always.management don't realize in this particular matter. Best example is if there is an opportunity for onsite,they will made changes in the project then they will send onsite to closed ones instead sending already existed ones in project. One more observation is they might give priority to external employees if they are close to manager.

Pros

Flexibility: lots of work, different types of work and all kinds of work arrangements. Mobility: lots of opportunity to move up or sideways. Clarity: the vision for the company as a whole is always laid out clearly and everyone knows where to go next.

Cons

Middle management in Singapore do not know what they are doing, accepting ALL kinds of work from upper management but all they do is kicking them down to the developers. Spend the majority of time asking developers to do excel, and pilot projects that serve no purpose, sometimes those pilot projects contradict or overlap each other. Middle management also spend the rest of their time infighting.

Pros

It provides too many new things to learn. The homeoffice makes it easy to work. The salary hike is quite good provided you are a good showman.

Cons

Not good if job profile gets stagnant. It is good time to quit if your salary / work is getting less interesting. The HR processes are horrible. The management in india is based on regional bias with Tamil , Malyalam and Telgu people being most dominant.
