Pros

- Friendly and supportive teammate

Cons

- Awful project planning and resource management, OT is a norm - Too much process to follow, time wasting and no value-added - Not suitable for those who seek for technical growth as you might end up doing documentation work and process work all day just to fulfil the QA standard - Boring and repetitive work

Pros

- Flexible work - nice team to work with. - nice office, near mrt. - good for starting career - yearly bonus - family oriented company

Cons

- in general a lot of employees not fit for the job. - long delay on promotions, not transparent assessments, will depend on all leads even if you do not work under them and does not know your work. - no OT pay by company but expected by Managers to do OT when crunch time so better to manage your load well - incompetent technical PL leads to more work for software team. - a lot of plans on location improvement but did not deliver
