Most decisions are made in Germany, it's hard to get information or responses. Work has been largely outsourced to low cost countries, main activities are to track. With all the outsourcing you wonder how long before it's your job. Too many often conflicting processes Frequent reorganizations in Germany Daily Scrum occurs but mostly is talk about what they accomplished and often falls into technical discussions or arguments.
