Cons
Monthly Pay Periods like Europe. Almost every decision has to go through Germany and get their approval. High quality US based open positions getting filled by foreigners instead of Americans. For example engineering positions in Deer Park being filled by Mexican nationals and Continental (a German entity) is obtaining permanent work visas for foreign nationals. Too many mid level managers from Germany who have no direct reports but delay projects constantly to give the appearance they're contributing to the company. No remote work from home or flex schedules allowed. Upper management frowns on this
