Pros
Good one for easy goers., who want to do a 9 to 6 job being underpaid
Cons
The work culture is quite dissatisfying. It is expected by the management that the employee has to listen all of what the management says. Salary is not according to the industry standards. Even if you stay late at work, you are expected to be at office next day before 9:45. Quite strict about work timings. No room for innovation. One has to spend 80% of his time in doing useless documentation. No one knows what they are doing. Each step you take inside the company has to be approved by the German office. You are a bird here, with out wings. Never dream that you will be working in a real Automotive embedded environment if you join here.
