      Pros

      Excellent company for networking, relationships, global communication and automotive growth and knowledge. Continental supports their employees and has a wonderful culture.

      Cons

      Continental is big. While the stability is there, change can be difficult and they sometime come off as 'unaccomodating'. However, this is often counter-balanced with a reasonable supervisor/manager. The centralized German 'privilege' is true within the company. To clarify, it is easy to move around and up in the company, but it is easier if you are German or move to Germany.

      Pros

      The company offers challenging projects which help in a continues personal development by introducing new devices and hardware which brings with it a large amount of new technology.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work overload is too high and generates extra pressure. Beside that, from a specific point you are able to do as much software implementation as you wish. The payment is also low.
