Pros

Plenty of opportunities within the organization. Able to move in different directions, as well as throughout different divisions for great career opportunities. Overall, a great place to experience any side of automotive engineering development. Plenty of support for leadership development if upward is the choice you want to follow as well.

Cons

Large company, but for the reasons given in the Pros, this is not always a Con.

Pros

Work-Life balance depending on project needs. Availability to work from home if the project is covered. nice start on vacation package, standard on automotive industry +December shutdown. Good bonuses if personal goals achieved, financial goals are not up to standard engineer but profit is shared almost fairly.

Cons

Still a German company so all the same for the German company reviews. Some upper management are from North America so it helps balance the management/employee struggle.
