      good long time contract, sabbatical leave, flexible working hours, bonuses

      Cons

      too many internal affairs, my teamleader was involved with the groupleader and you cannot talk to the HR because you have to go thru them firsts. If you need something from HR and need to be signed in Timisoara, you might as weel just forget about it

      Interesting projects, full implication, research-type-job. Stable workplace, ok facilities. Workload can be leasurly at times. Certain groups have smart and driven colleagues.

      Cons

      Same pay as less complex jobs in the same company. Only seniority improves it. Performance or task complexity has virtually no impact on salary or bonuses.
