Has a Culture Club but has Horrible Culture

Pros

Benefits, Pay, PTO, and Remote Work.

Cons

Contexture loves to tout how much they support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and yet shows a complete lack of support for those same values. The organization is plagued by being top heavy in management from the Director up. Job descriptions say a degree is required for certain roles, yet most people in those positions have no degree. If you are in participant(client) facing role, you have no established quota and this leaves you at the mercy of your manager to determine if you're meeting your goals. Favorites are played and either you accept it or you have a target on your back.
