Thank you for the 5 star review. I am pleased to hear that you are loving working at Connected so far and notice that we are always looking to give back to employees in any way we can. Thank you for mentioning core working hours. This is an area that we are still in the process of defining. We are currently relying on teams forming and norming and are focusing on driving a performance-driven organization. While we often partner on projects with clients who need to make progress either in the what, how and why of product development, part of the requirements of working with others is teaching our best practices and working within their requirements. Trade-offs are inevitable when you are building trust in your practice.
