Compensation is not bad persay but definitely well below American tech companies in Toronto.

Total compensation includes base salary but, for Connectors it also includes annual performance bonuses, a great RRSP-matching program, vacation and personal days off, a strong benefits package, support for setting up your home office and taking care of your well-being. - Mike Stern, CEO
