Pros
You get to work remotely from home.
Cons
Trying not to be too negative about this job is like trying to hold going to the bathroom after chugging down a gallon of water! So I’ll try to compose myself, but this job is a joke! It’s not a career by any means because a career will compensate you accordingly for all the hard work and dedication you put in daily. Not pay you $14 per hour and an extra $1-$1.50 for shift differential. Can’t forget a bonus that’s unattainable by any stretch of the imagination. Also the encyclopedia of tasks, scripts, disclosures, procedures, and guidelines you have to follow is ridiculous for amount of pay you get! Keep in mind they don’t give raises either. There are so many cons to this job it’s just too much to list, and seriously the only pro is you get to work remotely. You have to deal with cardholders (customers) practically on a regular basis talking to you in a derogatory manner. Most of the time they’re upset and either yell at you, curse at you, or give you all kinds of attitude or all the above! It’s few and far between the cardholders that are reasonable and civil. Then to make matters worse you have to deal with constant criticism and chastisement from your team lead and supervisor due to QA downgrading or auto-failing you for the most minor issue! I’ve never worked for a company whose QA was stricter than a drill sergeant! Most of the things they will downgrade/auto-fail you for are laughable! It’s almost like they are setting you up for failure. To have to deal with an abundant amount of stress/worry from the customers and QA should be a job that any sane person with common sense would want to stay FAR away from. Please learn from my mistake and take heed to all the other bad ratings/reviews about this company because they’re nothing but the sad truth!
