      Get paid to "train" coloring posters

      Cons

      "Training" is coloring potsers, taking notes on Word, and has nothing to do with the actual job. Most "managers" are ex gangsters, or people trapped. If you keep your eyes open you will quickly see the reality. It's a white collar sweatshop with no bathroom breaks, and scare tactics. They will treat you like a rebellious Jr. Higher.

      The management is mostly horrible The pay doesn't come close to compensating you for the stressful nature of the job The technology to do the job is sorely lacking. One would think a company focused on providing technical support would use technology that is not constantly crashing, but one would be wrong. Fix your network, Conduent! Your VPN system is horrible! That Apple allows this company to provide technical support for them is astonishing! The training is insufficient and often contrary to what is actually going on on the live calls I have been here less than a year and have had 3 supervisors, each with their own way of doing things which was usually the complete opposite of what was taught during training.
