Pros

1. You get to work from home. 2. Communicating through the teams app helps you be part of the team. 3. Benefits were okay. 4. If you need replacement equipment, the company can be fast about getting it out to you.

Cons

Short lunches and you're watched in case you go over your breaks. System issues are common and can be frustrating. You can be let go or asked to resign if the issues are on your end and they happen frequently enough. Although mentoring is offered after training, you only get one or two mentors for a whole training class. Many of my questions went unanswered and I had to get the answers in other ways. The pay for what I was doing was on the low end. Attendence policy can be strict, if it's the busy season and you need time off for a personal issue, prepare to be brushed off or told you just have to show up to work anyway. Team managers can be super busy and they might not have the same schedule as you.

Pros

great project great customers pay is average

Cons

different Team leads weekly sometimes daily difficult to move up in company metrics are in accurate customer survey based QA is scripted and you are dinged for things that are out of your control HR is not on your side nor do they assist benefits are dreadful hours re cut form 40 to 32 your shift ends when ever you take your last call you may have a minute until your shift ends and you may get a call that last 20 minutes to hr . You have to do spreadsheet tracking off the clock or as they suggest between calls, which is impossible equipment is faulty and if you have to send it in there is no way for you to work so you don't get paid ADAA or FMLA is had to use . if you are given approved time off due to ADAAA or FMLA and you do not work for three days hey still lock your computer have to call attendance and email/text or call Team lead . if you do one and not the other you are wrote up . This company is a job not long term career .

Its a Trap

Pros

Work from home. Thats about it.

Cons

The reviews mentioning no raises are true. Ive been here since the start of the pandemic and the company instantly cut its 401k match the 1st quarter 2020 and when it came back it was returned in a "lump sum at the end of the year" fashion instead of the paid per pay period i'm used to. It feels like working for a corporate overlord in "Better Off Ted" and the best gauge of the state of the company wont be from your leaders, it'll be from your quarterly earnings calls which are public. Attend them to get the truth, the stock price does not lie.
