Pros

I have loved the people I work with.

Cons

I have been with the company for 6 years and I was a Team Lead on the fast track to supervisor when we lost the contract and I had to scramble to find another position within the company and the only thing I could find was a CSR role which was $4 less an hour than what I was making in my previous role. They were unwilling to work with me to keep my current salary. Also, they trained me to move up to Tier 2 then restructured leaving me with extra responsibilities and non-stop calls and no pay increase and they stripped my title from me as well.

Pros

being able to work at home

Cons

in the beginning, they make it seem like you will have occasional OT. They blindside you later and expect 12 hours everyday and to work the weekend as well. 64+ work weeks. They monitor your production down to the second and want you to write down any time you left your computer even if it’s just 5 minutes. They have a production target that’s mathematically impossible to reach and then get on teams asking why no one is reaching it and are more worried about getting in trouble themselves. It’s blatant disregard for employees and insane to expect people to give up that much of their lives for this. Very strange and shady things going on there

Pros

I heard back relatively fast. The staff is very encouraging. Being remote was a bonus.

Cons

The pay per hour ($15) does not supplement the economy and most importantly the work load. They are very strict and I was fired from not knowing protocol within 2 weeks of working for them. For transparency I was let go for telling a customer I had to reach out to my manager to see if I should escalate the call to avoid getting docked for call avoidance and when my call was played back I was let go for that error. I’m glad I was as it was very intense for the pay and I found another job, thankfully. They are very unorganized. I was hired and then ghosted. A month later they “hired” me again and actually proceeded with the process that time. Then when I was fired I was put on unpaid leave for 5 days which turned out to be a month and then I was finally emailed that I had been terminated.
