There are no pros with this company.

Cons

The pay is horrible. The employees in their call centers act untrained and unprofessional. They have horrible pay. They also don’t provide a good benefits package, horrible health insurance and horrible vacation. They don’t care about their employees. They have a very long probationary period and you can’t call out for any reason. The CEO is a terrible CEO. I guarantee when something is wrong with his family or when there is terrible weather he is at home. But he will put his employees lives at risk during terrible inclement weather. No I don’t recommend this company.

Conduent has excellent benefits, good pay, and very good career opportunities.

Cons

I worked for Conduent as an employee successfully for almost 20 years on multiple projects, and my annual reviews were very good. During my next to last project at Conduent, I had to work very excessive hours each week for many months as a salaried employee.
