Flexible schedule and hours Co-workers are nice Dress Code is pretty relaxed

Cons

No chance for a promotion (My boss has been telling me I am on the short list for the last 3 years but others have been promoted over me) One 3% pay raise in the four and half years worked there. Most of the work is being sent offshore so job security is shaky Employees are not a priority at this company My manager has no idea what I do all day because I only see him once a month at most

Pros

Telecommuting is available which is great. The training provided (even though it's only a recent development) is good. Upper management (corporate level) is out of touch

Cons

Extreme cost cutting being implemented seems short sighted. Sometimes seems like focus is on signing clients with no regard towards profitability. Expect us to be profitable but our hands are tied by contracts.

Pros

Overtime. You have an hour mandatory per day.. so that alone and it adds up. Talking to certain customer is actually really good.

Cons

They tell you that everyone has a fair shot at working their way up. When really it's who kisses the most butt. It's a set up. It's ghetto and unprofessional. Everyone is friends and no matter how hard you work of you don't suck up to the bosses you will not move up.
