      We have a dirty, old office. I'm expected to do the work of management with no compensation (I didn't even get my hire on wages until 8 months after being hired so I was making temp wages although I wasn't a temp). Conduent only contributes to your 401k ONCE a year. The benefits are awful, we only have a single medical option available which has an almost $2000 deductible. And if you're hoping to ever get assistance from Human Resources? Well, Conduent really doesn't have any. You have to call their outsourced employee services in India.

      Good for newcomers to develop on making theoretical skills a bit more practical and is a good way to advance careers.

      Cons

      Not a lot of chance to grow within the company. Compensation could be a little better as well as work-life balance.
