      Pros

      The company is open to suggestions for improvements from everyone. Very collaborative environment. Leadership is good and not afraid to make changes or admit a mistake in strategy. Good people to work with top to bottom. Very inclusive environment.

      Cons

      Lay-offs have been affecting many of longtime employees this past year+. Hard to get salary increases without job level "promotions" for several years based on policy. Divesting parts of company to generate better financial structure and to help focus on core business growth more. (This might be a positive in long run.)
