Pros

Wonderful and talented people within a company that has a unique position in the marketplace.

Cons

Lack of effective leadership and an ego-centric and underwhelming CEO that is only out for himself and his own personal gain. What new CEO brings his personal body guards to a $7M company boondoggle in Las Vegas that he is hosting, flies in a private jet while he makes his reports fly coach, and continues to raid the company while laying off long tenured or admin support employees while he continues to cash in? He continues to surround himself by his team of "yes men," many of whom are not even qualified for their current positions. Sad state of affairs for Conduent's future!

Pros

Honestly the pay is the only pro.. and its not even all that

Cons

Forced to be on camera Tells you to be open with them but if it’s something that is against their policy they automatically give you a final (even if you are just asking a question) Supervisors are controlling and must have it their way Everything is counted against you… but if its on them it’s okay You cant clock in early to boot up your system (it has to be done on your time) but you can be held passed scheduled time by a cust You cant be late from lunches and breaks- but a cust can make you take it late Conduent does not care about the employees only the clients I asked my supervisor about maternity leave and would it be paid time off her response was why would we pay you for that Schedules are changed without notice and you have no choice in it You can have a full schedule one minute and the next you have promoted time off which means YOU HAVE TO CLOCK OUT it is not an option and it is not paid Conduent does not care about employess bills or personal reasons for needing hours only that the client is satisfied with not paying too many employees at a time

SOME experience, I have to place at least5 words for pros, but that's literally it.

Cons

They don't pay you what you're worth, nor do they pay you reflecting the amount of work they give you. TA's are petty and act like childish high schoolers, they all gossip amongst themselves. Most of management does not assist, only MY manager ever helps me, anybody else? Forget it. Then they wonder why you're on hold for so long. They have a "Step level" Program that determines if you get a raise, but it's biased so you DON'T get a raise. I've been working with the company for 2 years and work in 9 departments. My pay hasn't been raised a cent. They show no acknowledgment to employees work or appreciation, they'll send out a "kudos" email, which means absolutely nothing and barely even do that half the time. Then they wonder why people keep leaving. They're understaffed as it is, meaning its just more work for the people there. They just want to fill in the seats, the training is last minute and rushed, and they lie to their clients. I despise this job.
