Pros

Government Health Services (GHS) has some really good staff at the operational levels of the company.

Cons

Management has made no effort to understand the difference between the GHS business and commercial business. They are creating a new culture that will work well in the commercial space but which is demoralizing their Government teams, for example they have lost about 50% of their account executives and have been unable to replace them. Existing Government Health Services (GHS) staff are paid wages far below market rate. People promoted internally receive greater responsibility but no money. People promoted have to wait three months to see if they might get a maximum 7% increase. Staff are asked to take positions in other States but Conduent refuses to provide any relocation - people are supposed to support the company but the company won't support their people. Conduent has recruited people only to RIF them because the company changed directions or needs to save money - one guy was RIFfed three months after being recruited, another was RIFfed on the day he was supposed to start. He showed up for work and was not allowed in the building because his job had been eliminated. Conduent has no products or solutions in the GHS space, meaning this line of business will wither to nothing in the next few years, look at how many RFPs they have won (new or renewals) in the last few years - not a single piece of new business and almost no renewals. Plus they have a massive lawsuit pending in Texas that will drain the company coffers if they settle it or lose it. Wait three years to see if they can turn this around and stabilize before accepting a job with Conduent GHS.

Pros

Work from home-although all virtual positions are on track to be eliminated

Cons

culture is toxic, manage by fear, intimidation, and public ridicule. Senior leadership is in chaos each one with a bigger ego than the next one. Contradictory management style and complete inefficiencies in every dept. NOt even sure if they even care about their employees. I would suggest not to work for this company.

Pros

I think its difficult to think even of one good thing in this company. Still to fill the block i will say infrastructure wise it is decent.

Cons

Work life balance is zero. Taking holiday is like a dream in this company.Manager expects you to work on festivals.Company has given 20 leaves but you cannot avail it. Managers are least bothered about employees working overtime. No compensatory offs and no overtime ,even if you work on weekends its not considered . HR Policies are pathetic . You don't even get food plates or cups or drinking glasses in case you forget to get your own bottle/mug. Benefits wise it is zero . Onsite travel is Zero. Career opportunities wise it is zero and you keep working on same technology forever and ever.
