Pros

Offsite and onsite positions, 4 - 10 hour day work week,

Cons

support is 7 days a week with a 3 week rotating schedule that includes 1 weekend. Train you to do the job but nothing more. The company is in turmoil and turnover is high. All shifts are not held accountable so some shifts do way more work then the others

Cliff Skelton, E-Z Pass in Staten Island NY Is ran like a 3rd world country. We need some of your help during the coronavirus out break, but your H.R rep has been M.I.A. Almost all of YOUR upper management has been working from home, nowhere to be seen or heard. You leave us, your front line, to deal with an unclean office with NO cleaning supplies and people in the building infected with the virus. Also, you are so heartless to CUT hours, and our management team is telling us it came from the top Iine. In case you forgot, we have bills and families. How can a "CEO" do this to his employees, some who have been with the company for years. In closing, you should take note from other corporations with "essential workers," on how they are treating their employees.

Pros

Work from home- literally nothing else.

Cons

Everything else. Low pay ($12/hr), no benefits for 180 AFTER you complete the 5 weeks of rigorous, boring, redundant training. Conduent was misleading about everything. The schedule changed at the last minute, which mean that we would be working on Christmas Eve, Christmas, NY Eve and NY day--- which we weren't told until the day before Christmas Eve. People have families, and people had plans, but Conduent doesn't care. The trainers in PASS (post initial 2 week training) are abusive, rude, and really not interested in helping. The trainer from the first 2 weeks was great, and I think that's how they try to pull you in. If you pass the final exam after the first 2 weeks of training, you start PASS- which is when you practice taking calls, etc. Those trainers were condescending and relentless in their pursuit to undermine my fellow classmates. So I had to resign. The work culture is super foul. All employees deserve better than this. Take yourself elsewhere.
