This Job will starve you to death with their wages. Don't let the recruiters lie to you and tell you this is an hourly rate or give you some line about the "Opportunity" to make a good check. This is production based pay and the pay scale is set up such that you will never be able to make more than minimum wage at this job. There is no potential for advancement, no career path, and no reason to stay at this job for any longer than it takes to get another job. I am currently looking for another job along with about half of the other call center employees as well. Don't waste your time with this job.

Huge pressure and very demanding requirements for little money. Constant control and even interfering in personal life. You feel like a slave working for them. They want you to work like a robot. Just do what they want, without discussing other way they can make your life a nightmare. They can make problem from anything, even the overtime that you do voluntarily. If you care about your mental health better avoid this company. Totally not worth the struggle.
