      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over 16 years, I have loved this field for for over half my life and I have worked for other agencies in this field. This job can be hard but working at Compass has allowed me to do what I love while providing me an incredible community and support system. I never feel alone even on the hardest days. I have been continually developed and poured into. Compass has a high value for personal growth. I have been forever changed

      Because I love what I do I have no cons. Be warned to work here you must love people and be open to receive feedback.

      It's an honor to be a part of an organization that is focused on lifting others up and helping clients reach their full potential. Not only that, they take care of their employees! I feel seen and cared for here.

      Cons

      It is social work and social work can be messy. Some of our regulations can be challenging to manage as well.

      Everyone is very inviting and wants you to succeed, Everyone works together and the owners are amazing people that care so much for all clients and all staff and really strive to make it the best working environment for everyone.
