Some of the best company culture I have ever seen and the people and clients are fantastic.

Cons

The benefits and pay leave something to be desired. Some coworkers can get pretty catty. You can feel stretched to the limit.

Some of the clients are great to work with

Your schedule completely depends on the coverage needs to the clients. Many of them need 24 hour care so if there isn't enough staff - which frequently would happen since turnover was so high - you can find yourself working well over 40 hours in a week. Taking days off was an extremely unpleasant experience. Even if you are sick they try to pressure you to work.
