good company bad communication

Pros

Love the clients and there are some super awesome opportunities i got with them.

Cons

long hours, office staff bad communication no overtime roll you around about insurance low pay but it did just go up to 11$ got passed up twice for promotion. You get medical at 3 month. i didn't get my paperwork until 5 months. and that was kind of hounding them

Pros

Compass really has awesome staff both in headquarter and regional offices along with great co-workers. It also has super cool management. They are very flexible with employee's schedules.

Cons

They pay alittle bit less than other agencies especially for mileage allowance which they pay only 35€ per mile which isn't enough for the damages that developmentally ill clients can cause or the distance you will drive every week.
