Some of the clients are great to work with

Your schedule completely depends on the coverage needs to the clients. Many of them need 24 hour care so if there isn't enough staff - which frequently would happen since turnover was so high - you can find yourself working well over 40 hours in a week. Taking days off was an extremely unpleasant experience. Even if you are sick they try to pressure you to work.

Pros

Amazing culture. Great training. Feels like a family. Employee benefits like gift cards, clothing, and free books. Lots of resources. Scholarships. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Christian values, but they don’t push it on the employees. Chronically understaffed. Supervisor is usually overwhelmed by their caseload. Have been asked the same info (like shirt size) by three different people in the last 3 months. Part of your pay will be through another agency.
