      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that truly values their employees. Compass is like a family, and they are always encouraging you to be your best self. They promote growth not only professionally but also on a personal level. Compass was the best decision I made.

      Cons

      Compass is great but sometimes when you work the public or individuals you can run into some issues which is normal when working with people. Compass is good at helping problem solve and using PCT tools. Communication is one of their strong suits.

      Compass brings purpose and hope. It is a place of generosity and possiblity. We work diligently to see indivduals we serve and those that serve thrive. I have been here for 14 years and stand by this being the best career decision of my life.

      Cons

      We deal with the ups and downs of this service industry, but we lean into team work and always come out on top, so no cons.
