Pros

The only pro for working here is the free lunch

Cons

1. There is no support from the management team; especially teams that are in the Toronto office on York St. 2. They will lie to you about compensation 3. Whenever there is employee issues they don't solve the problem, they will just relocate employees 4. The entire management team is very inappropriate and will make you feel very uncomfortable with their jokes

I love the hours and the people I work with

Company is cheap, managers never follow through on promises, communication is abysmal and often get a different answer from each person. Pay is horrible, especially for the job they expect
