Pros

Pay was pretty good for the position. I was a Barista.

Cons

No tips as a barista. No one to ever cover your shifts. They work on a points system for absences and being late and it's very strict and almost unachievable. If you're someone that catches sick ever you shouldn't work here. Not a personable company, they only care about numbers and profit.

Learn from specialty stations chef.Opportunity to change accounts.

Cons

Lack of communication in station training. Healthcare, dental and vision come out of your pay. IRA is a minuscule % not worth investing.
