Pros

Ideally it should be great. Lots of sectors and opportunities should be available. The benefits are pretty good, especially the medical, dental, and vision. Resources are available from Corporate.

Cons

Our region changed and the new district and regional team did not treat their staff very well. Managers worked 50 to 70 hours a week with not even so much as a thank you.....

The ability to transfer within the company and within sectors. The benefits package was very competitive.

Cons

No orientation process made mandatory. Didn't feel like I was part of the company.

Cons

Low salary, long hours, poor management, lack of communication to employees from management, no open door policy, no accountability for management.
