Friendly coworkers, room for advancement, employee meals

Cons

Corporate structure leaves promotions limited and raises unlikely. Lack of communication from higher up leaves the employees doing the work in the dark. They care more about making money and cutting costs, so multiple people who were promised raises or help were left helpless. Overall concern from employees from higher up is lacking.
