Pros

Training is excellent. Benefits are great. Advancement can be difficult. Offer advancement in other divisions but timing is everything so you can't always take advantage of an opening.

Cons

Very little help from management. Make your own decision and get repremanded for it. No mgmt takes responsibility. Better ways to learn the business, leadership skills, etc.
