Nor alot of respect among manager employee relations, lot of playing favorites among employees.

Accounts for all service types. Big & small most accounts are Mon-Fri

Cons

They stress the do More with Less logic which hurts the staff and the clients. Over worked employees often get stressed out and end up quitting or they do something to get fired. hard to get ahead unless you are a serious brown noser. Corporate cares more about making money off of marketing materials and management fees than they do about client needs.

Supervisors were cool and easy to talk to. You get your full hours.

Cons

If you worked overtime they wouldnt pay you for it, just over write your punch in and put it at the time you were scheduled. Company really doesnt care about employee. There was a lady that had been working there for 30yrs without any raise... Still making the same amount of money she came in with. I mean thats probably her fault for settling but dang 30yrs is a long time to work for someone. Also employees often had attitudes because of the hard work & low pay .. Job really does wear on your body and company doesnt care one bit. Often had missing money on checks even though i worked the correct hours
