The reasons underpinning my argue can find the strong justification or evidence in the implementation of new business strategies consisting to grow or to improve the standard of services by satisfying customers. And another hand, the great propensity to work in team.

Cons

According to me, the salary (wage) policy is very large adequacy with provided performance or wanted by senior or upper management. And also the type of communication should be reviewed from '' the top to the bottom''.
