Limitless growth potential and high earnings for successful reps. Company car, phone, computer and expense account.

Cons

Isolating and lonely working from home and traveling a great deal. Not many team gatherings and formal training is quick and brief.

Pros

The company offers great benefits and training for all levels of management. Employee support at the corporate level (Benefits, HR and Pay roll) do an amazing job.

Cons

Compass purchases company under the umbrella of Compass Group - USA and policies and procedures as well as training can be watered down at the branch level. Not all branches and sectors are like this, it all depends on Management at the branch level. The pay structure could be revisited. There is a lot of focus on pay rates for upper management and less on the worker bees of the company. Is the pay great....it is ok...I think they can do better.
