Large company with many resources. Pre planned promotions, menu and vendors. Lots of room for parallel transfers or promotion. Diverse work force.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Not much room for independent or self guided growth of the unit you manage. Many corporate programs and promotions seem last minute and without implementation support.

Great People, Great Teamwork, Decent Pay, Great Departmental Management in Accounting. It took some time to understand the training and processes of the position, but the teamwork and support is outstanding.

Cons

Sometimes Work/Life Balance is an issue during month end close, and other deadlines.

The hours were good. Anf having the weekends off was nice but not worth the treatment you got during the day

Cons

Applied for retail supervisor position n went to interview. Was never told my position till my first day and then was told i was a cashier. The supervisor a nd other cashier need to learn how to teain and talk to people not talk down to them. I can honestly say that it was the worst job ever.
