My sector within Compass Group is still in its infancy stage and is growing rapidly in the US. There is a huge emphasis on growing within the company and rewarding those who want to flourish in their roles. Compass Group consists of multiple sectors and therefore there is also always the opportunity to move on and explore other sectors within Compass.
This is the first hospitality company I have worked for that truly appreciates and recognizes their employees. There are multiple reward and recognition programs for colleagues and managers to participate in. We really pride ourselves in being the best of the best!

Recruitment of qualified individuals is a struggle.
Structured, organized environment. The company promotes from within so there are always opportunities for advancement to other accounts. The higher management, (CEO and VPs) of the company are extremely supportive and inspiring.

Bi-weekly pay is discouraging. Unorganized orientation for new hires.
