-Definite opportunity to move up within the company -Culinary professionals have a great advantage -Many accounts are Monday-Friday

Cons

Everything is based on your director, they can make or break an account. They usually have the final say on hiring and job responsibilities, but many accounts have long term directors that do not perform their jobs properly or are protected by a client of the account. If you have any ambition, very few people will recognize it.

Good salary and awesome co workers… but it’s a game of survival as many co workers went behind one another to report benign behavior to mgmt knowing their was no system in place to adequately protect employees.

Cons

Mgmt was wildly inconsistent on how they approached safety and with how they treated employees (including workplace disputes). Infighting between was out in the open and highlighted the often contradictory, close minded and unfair treatment towards many employees and asst managers.
