Very relax laid back atmosphere,but fun and exciting as we'll.The perks don't hurt either ie: the food,flowers etc that can be taken home are just icing on the so so sweet cake!!

Cons

To me there were not many cons,maybe the lack of team work that is needed when it's time to break down after the parties are over.

There is the opportunity to create your career path because its so huge and there is every opportunity imaginable -education and experience helps though. Family friendly in my experience.

Cons

So huge and so different in different sectors of the company (11th largest employer IN THE WORLD). Over 28 sectors (companies) that are autonomous. Also an advantage though - if you want a change you can just change sectors.
