There are pros and cons to a job with Compass. Compass is the 6th largest employer in the world and there is great potential for job advancement. New jobs are being created on a continual basis. Good place to gain experience and practice job skills.

Cons

One of the cons to working here is the lack of structure and strategic focus. Management is reactive rather than proactive. Benefits could be better.

Pros

There have great benefits including education/tuition assistance, jobs for all skill levels, they work within many fields of hospitality, and you have the opportunity to transfer almost anywhere in the world.

Cons

The hiring process is slow at time times since everything is done over the computer. Starting pay may be too low for some of the areas that they service.
